Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product you received is defective or expired.
  

• You contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
  

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email our support team at info@thunderpuphemp.com with the following information:

• Your full name and order number
  

• Description of the issue (defect or expiration)
  

• Clear photo(s) of the product and any visible defects or expiration date
  

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds or Replacements

Once your return is approved:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, or
  

• A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost, based on your preference.
  

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Products reported after the 7-day return window
  

• Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with
